According to the Association of Print VN, our country is about 40,000 personnel. The growth of the printing industry to rise again and printing technologies will increasingly change.

 

The problem is the amount of training required too much, but the quality of training is like?

 

 

According to the fact-finding mission, the skills training will remain heavy on theory, lack of equipment and cheap printing to let the workers practiced by modern printing equipment must spend considerable cost. Therefore the training staff inevitably lags behind the current printing technology.

 

There are also a number of graduates in printing is to study abroad, but there are very small numbers shortage of teaching staff and training facilities is still a big problem for the current training.

 

 

So what's the solution?

 

Want printing industry is growing, it must rely on the printing company on the market, they should update the equipment and production processes, and parallel to that is self-improving skills of their crews enough experience to be able to operate and good remedy cases occur.

 

The print is available now facilities but workers have not been trained, and the faculty is lagging behind at present, knowledge-intensive printing, so the solution theory is the link between 3 to Beneficiaries: businesses, training facilities, manpower together to jointly develop sustainable printing field.

 

 

This solution was unanimous concern of the State and especially to create conditions and opportunities for the students, employees want to improve their skills, their knowledge. This solution is a significant contribution to the development and resolving the status of the printing industry in Vietnam.
